BASS will support the building of a Play Therapy Room at the Open Door facility at Yangpyeong, a residential centre mainly for abused and neglected children, as its main project for 2010. The BASS contribution makes up part of the total building costs of the new facility.

Open Door is a series of four facilities established and run by Pastor Hwang Chum Gon. Open Door aids the welfare of children and youth.

In addition to our main project, BASS will also support a number of programs for the mentally challenged, the elderly, the homeless, and aid education and medical provision in poor communities. 

Donations for 2010 will be finalised by December, and the funds will be distributed at the Mince Pie Morning at the British Embassy Residence.

BASS continually identifies and evaluates new projects to assist.
