About the event

The British Association of Seoul (BASS) is a vibrant and active social group for expats and those with shared experiences of living abroad who live in and around Seoul. Our members come from over thirty different countries but they have called dozens more home. Britain is a country that celebrates diversity and multiculturalism and we are proud exponents of these values. As a friendship group, we aim to enhance our members experiences of visiting and living in this mega-city.

All membership fees collected are donated to charity. Membership is 50,000 KRW per year (Sep-Aug) which we will collect at this event.

Anyone with experience living abroad is welcome to join BASS, regardless of nationality. The annual family membership fee is KRW 50,000 (September 1 to August 31). Members can bring a guest to most events for a KRW 10,000 fee, paid by either the member or the guest. Fees support administrative costs and charity donations. Some events, like those at the British Embassy, are members-only due to limited space.
