About the event

Naksan section of the City Wall is an easy section, with views over the Eastern and Northern Seoul and North towards Bukhansan and Ingwansan. At 124m it is the lowest of Seoul's inner mountains. Just below the Naksan City Wall is Ihwa Mural Village.  Once one of Seoul's older and decaying areas, Ihwa was revitalised in the early 2000's under the "Art in the City " campaign.


Starting at Heunginjimun Gate (Dongdaemum) we will follow the the Naksan section of the city wall  to Ihwa Mural Village.  Here we will  explore this eclectic little village, its street murals and sculptures, maybe stop for a coffee at one of the many cafes before we return to Naksan Park and continue our walk along the City Wall to the Hyehwamum Gate.
