In October we will be discussing 'As a Peace-Loving Global Citizen' by Reverend Sun Myung Moon.

The Reverend Sun Myung Moon, founder of The Washington Times, is celebrating his 90th birthday this year. The year also marks the release of his autobiography, 'As a Peace-Loving Global Citzen,' published by The Washington Times Foundation. A best-seller in his native Korea, the book, now translated into English, gives Western readers an opportunity to learn more about a man whose deeds and goals have been the subject of international attention for decades.

The Book Club meets once a month on a Thursday evening (usually the third Thursday of the month) in the home of one of the Book Club members. It is a relaxed and informal gathering and a great chance for those who enjoy reading to get together over a glass of wine and a light snack to chat about the book.

The Book Club is for BASS and ANZA members and new members are always welcome. If you would like to join the Book Club, please contact Clare or Suzi at
