Dear BASS members,

Come and join the BASS tables for The Queen’s Birthday Dinner (QBD) which is the largest and most prestigious annual dinner celebration of the British community in Korea, which will both honour the 92nd birthday of Queen Elizabeth II and helps to raise funds to support BCCK's charitable organisations.

The QBD attracts over 350 guests from the British, Australian/New Zealand, European, American and Korean community to celebrate Her Majesty’s birthday. This year’s Dinner is on Friday, May 18 at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul and will include a four-course meal, a silent and live auction, raffle, and entertainment. Held the evening before the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the event will be themed as “Harry’s Wedding Party”, taking on even greater significance.

THEME – HARRY’S WEDDING PARTY
The Ballroom of the Four Seasons will be transformed into the ballroom of Windsor Castle, where the royal family has set up the room ready for Prince Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle. Decked in white, with both round and rectangular tables, the room has been commandeered by Harry’s best man, Prince Philip and made into the ‘Prince Club!’ With 4 bars, a DJ, smoke machines, lighting and a dancefloor, and other entertainment, all guests will gather for drinks, dancing and fundraising for the charities of the BCCK!  In keeping with Harry’s approach to life, this event will be less formal than those of previous years. Wear black or white, but no ties! Tux or suit works, but remember, no ties!  There will be a live and silent auction, raffle, games and a special guest! This will be a night to remember!

I am hoping to put a BASS table together (or two!) so if you would like to join us for a fun evening  could you please email me at this email address indicating that you would like to join the BASS table so I can start putting the tables together.
